Job Title: Marketing Intern (Flexible Hours)

📍 Location: Ember Social, 1329 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024

JOB SUMMARY: As a Marketing Intern at Ember Social, you will help bring our brand to life by promoting events, building digital engagement, and growing our presence in the community. You’ll collaborate with our team on social media, email marketing, and content creation while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media & Content Creation

✅ Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

✅ Create and edit Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content.

✅ Assist in capturing and curating event photos and behind-the-scenes content.

 

Marketing Support & Campaigns

✅ Help write and design marketing materials such as flyers, digital graphics, and signage.

✅ Support email marketing campaigns (newsletters, event invites, promotions).

✅ Track engagement and assist in reporting performance metrics.

 

Community Engagement & Brand Building

✅ Attend events to gather content and support event marketing initiatives.

✅ Contribute ideas to enhance brand storytelling and guest experience.

✅ Assist in blog posts or outreach to local partners and influencers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

🔹 Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

🔹 Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🔹 Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).

🔹 Passion for community, events, small business, and storytelling.

🔹 Availability to work 10–20 hours/week, with flexibility for full-time.
