Job Title: Bartender at Ember Social

📍 Location: Ember Social, 1329 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024

JOB SUMMARY: As a Bartender at Ember Social, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through crafted cocktails, seamless service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also collaborate with the event and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and uphold Ember Social’s standards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Experience & Service

✅ Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency.

✅ Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring an inviting, enjoyable atmosphere.

✅ Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and hospitality.

 

Event Execution & Collaboration

✅ Work closely with the General Manager and ownership to execute special, private, and corporate events.

✅ Adapt to different event formats (cocktail hours, seated dinners, networking events).

✅ Assist in setup and breakdown of bar areas for events.

 

Bar Operations & Efficiency

✅ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory tracking for the bar.

✅ Ensure compliance with Wisconsin liquor laws and responsible service.

✅ Assist in developing seasonal drink menus and specialty cocktails.

✅ Contribute to guest feedback collection for continuous improvement.

✅ Collaborate with management to provide input and streamline bar service  / event processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

🔹 2+ years' previous bartending experience required

🔹 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment.

🔹 Knowledge of cocktail techniques, wine, and beer is a plus.

🔹 Must be at least 18 years old and have or be willing to obtain bartending license and responsible beverage service certification.
